Sweet Drew...


Thanks to PapaLew we now have the use of a video recorder....THANK YOU!!
And I am working on getting the footage downloaded so I can send it, although, it may be a while.

April17th

We hope that everyone had a great Easter. We went to Mammoo's house fo rbreakfast, which was a concoction that had blue berries in this awesome bread pudding with cream cheese! We had dinner with Mammy, ham and veggies and this great salad was made of strawberries and spinach with a rasberry vinagrette dressing.
Paxton is the best. he is doing great eatting oatmeal and peas, this week we are going to try carrots. Today Paxton was sitting up alone for brief moments.
He has been doing a reaching game with me and Drew, Pax will be in my arms and reach for Drew and then when he gets there he reaches for me again. He is a silly boy.

April 9

I've learned that the best and easiest way to get good pictures of your baby is to take as many as possible at one time and you should get a few good ones. Paxton's cousin, Rylea- Aden's little sister, came over for a play date on the 7th. They were so cute laying together and eating eachothers hands that I had to grab the camera. Rylea was licking anything Pax put near her face and vice versa. They played for a while then at the same time they stated to saying, "Feed Me" and getting fussy.

Paxton has rolled over from his tummy a few times the past couple days, and still heavily salivating.

Although he laughs a lot he isn't very ticklish.
Favorite Toy: Clifford and jungle gym
First Word: Mmom (he calls to mom when he is hungery.)
Today Paxton got a walker from Mammoommoo. Thank Yooouuouuooouu!!**
Paxton Loves the walker. His toes are barely on the floor and he is trying real hard to move.

April8th

Paxton is going to get his first teaste of Texas at the end of May. Pax and I are going to fly and stay untill June 7th. Everyone there is anxious to see him and they can't wait till November. I don't blame them, Paxton is growing so fast. I am so excited! Although Drew can't take off from work so he will be missed very much. I think he'll survive, maybe ketch up on some much needed sleep.
Paxton has been reaching and grabing at things, feeling faces and well putting everything that he has in his hand into his mouth. He's gitting more and more ticklish.

SUPERMAN
from the 30s to the 70s

I found this clip in the book Superman -from the 30s to the 70s. This particular comic is from the 50s. I found the book last year while I was claiming some old things out at the ranch. It belonged to my parents when they were married. Drew and I have been looking through it and I'm happy to think that Paxton will be able to enjoy this when he gets older.
